1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CMO-Copilot (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including individuals and organizations accessing the platform on behalf of a business.

2. Description of Service

CMO-Copilot is an AI-powered content platform that automatically generates blog posts optimized for SEO and GEO, publishes them to WordPress, distributes them via Buffer, tracks performance, and builds monthly content plans. It connects to third-party platforms including WooCommerce, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and others.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Important notice regarding AI-generated content

All blog posts, social copy, and other content produced by CMO-Copilot are generated by artificial intelligence. While the system applies SEO optimization, fact-grounding checks, and brand voice alignment, AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or statements that do not reflect your brand's position.

We strongly advise all users to review and approve every piece of content before it is published. You are solely responsible for any content published under your account, including its accuracy, legality, and suitability.

CMO-Copilot provides a review and approval step in the publishing workflow. We encourage you to use it. Bypassing review is at your own risk.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all content published through your account.
  • You must not use the Service to publish content that is false, misleading, defamatory, illegal, or in violation of third-party rights.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of connected platforms (WordPress, Buffer, etc.) complies with their respective terms of service.
  • You must keep your account credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
  • You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all brand assets, documents, and guidelines you upload. You grant CMO-Copilot a limited, non-exclusive licence to use these materials solely to provide the Service to you.

Content generated by the Service on your behalf is yours to use, subject to any terms imposed by the underlying AI providers. The CMO-Copilot platform, its code, design, and underlying systems remain the exclusive property of CMO-Copilot.

6. Payment and Billing

  • Single Post: $30 per post, charged at time of order.
  • Full Month Plan: $200 per month, billed monthly. Includes one blog post per day.
  • All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
  • Refunds are not provided for content already generated and published. If a technical failure prevents delivery, we will regenerate or credit the affected posts.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CMO-Copilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages resulting from AI-generated content that is inaccurate, inappropriate, or causes reputational harm.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or use the Service in a way that harms other users or third parties.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of the jurisdiction in which CMO-Copilot operates.
